Baked Salmon Recipes: Simple Yet Satisfying

Baked Salmon in Lemon Basil

Ingredients:

-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic

-6 tablespoons light olive oil

-A teaspoon full of dried basil

-One teaspoon of salt

-A teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

-1 table spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice

-1 tablespoon of chopped Italian flat leaf parsley

-2 (6 ounce) fillets salmon

Kickoff by mixing your marinade, blend garlic, light olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley and mix until entirely emulsified. You want to mix this well so the oil is well merged with the lemon juice. Fix your fillets in a well sized baking dish and pour the marinade over the fillets. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat your oven to 345 degrees F or 190 degrees C.

Shift the fillets in aluminum foil and empty remaining marinade over the fish, seal the foil. Put the foil on a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve instantly.
