Are Your Cells Healthy Or Are They Zapping You Of Energy?

The cell is one of the most basic units of your body. Thus, keeping your cells healthy will keep the rest of your body healthy.

The main issue here, however, is that a lot of modern behaviors are absolutely horrible for optimal cellular health. In essence, you are living in a more toxic society that stresses your cells at every level.

So here is how to increase your cellular health:

1. Reduce inflammation: One great way to accomplish this is through supplementation. And one of the best supplements here is aspirin. You see, aspirin is very simple to take and countless studies have shown how it can reduce the risk of certain cancers.

2. Take vitamin D: Vitamin D is so powerful that some academics refer to it as a hormone. You see, vitamin D does a great job at blunting the proliferation of diseased cells. Unfortunately, most people do not get enough vitamin D. So make sure you either get more sunshine or take it in supplemental form.

3. Have some healthy fat: As you probably already know, not all fats are created equal. In fact, some fats do a much better job at reducing inflammation. One said fat is monounsaturated fat which is mostly found in olive oil. So make sure you start putting copious amounts of olive oil on your salads.

4. Drink loose leaf teas: Loose leaf teas have modest amounts of caffeine and don’t produce the coffee-like crashes. Moreover, loose leafs are loaded with powerful anti-oxidants. And remember that anti-oxidants are critical for good cellular health.

Despite a bad environment and despite poor genetics, cellular health is mostly under your control. After all, lifestyle factors account for the majority of illness and disease.

The key here is to take action on this information sooner rather than later. After all, if you wait too long, results will stop coming.
