I’m not overweight by any means, and I work out at least 3 times a week with a combination of weights and cardio. I’m not looking for any sort of extreme fat burning supplement, but I’ve heard green tea is a natural fat burner. I’m just looking for something safe and natural to compliment my work out and diet, something to give me a little extra boost in burning off some body fat. Are green tea supplements or pills effective?
