Accelerated Learning Techniques- Preparing Your Body

I'm of the opinion that you've heard of one or two accelerated learning techniques already and you may even be practicing these now.

Many students who are studying or plan to study accelerated learning techniques would usually think that fast learning or speed learning is all about the brain.

Now, although it is really important to grasp the brain before you observe the ideas behind speed learning, the whole body is critical too! In reality there are some accelerated learning methodologies that require you to use your body and not only your brain.

Just to be completely clear, these speed learning techniques can be specified in the first step to hurry learning: preparation.

The first fast learning method you need to do is to respire. Yes, breathing is an accelerated learning technique. Shocked? I bet.

Your grey matter uses 25% of your oxygen supply and being in a stuffy environment can influence your brain’s oxygen supply. In turn, it affects your brains functions. This will essentially improve concentration and focus.

This is how to do power breathing: power respiring and this is just a extremely simple ratio of breaths. The ratio is dependent upon you. It is simply a better version of the exercise wherein your hold your breath.

Another less familiar speed learning strategy is to drink a lot of water. Remember when your mom told you to drink at least eight tumblers of water every day? Well, that's not something that folks just say.

To make sure that your body gets all of the water it requires you should drink at least 2L of water daily. This does not include other liquid drinks like coffee, juices or sodas.

Dehydration could cause a person to become distracted, perturbed and lose their concentration simply. If you are drinking enough water, you will be in a position to concentrate more on your lessons.
