3 Steps For Lasting Back Pain Relief

Back pain relief is an achievable goal, but it may seem a distant one now if you live with pain. This article will help you to ease some of your pain now and teach you the 3 essential steps for long term relief.

Back pain no matter where it is, is created by muscular tension. Reducing muscle tension can ease pain fast, but to get permanent relief you still need to address the other causes that exist.

For now though, to reduce muscle tension there are a few methods. You could try stretching but if your muscles are really tight this may actually aggravate the pain. So one of the simplest techniques is using Acupressure.

Acupressure is not new, in fact it has been used for many years to help with pain relief. It isn’t new age or a belief system, but a well documented technique that works. Worth a try if nothing has helped you so far.

But as I warn all my clients, this technique will not work for everyone, which is why we teach 16 various techniques inside our X-Pain Method to help ease pain.

If you haven’t used Acupressure before, you need to understand how to stimulate an Acupressure point:

* Rub the point firmly, but reduce the pressure if tender.

* You can rub in a circle around the area, rub for 20 seconds, then relax.

* Repeat this 3 times with a 20-30 second break in between times.

* You can do this often during the day or until pain eases.

The point to stimulate is on the inside of your ankle, between your Achilles tendon (the large tendon of the calf muscle) and your inner ankle bone. Rubbing this point with a knuckle or fingertip helps with back pain no matter where it is.

All you do is rub this point in a circular motion for 20 seconds and then follow the steps above. It will reduce pain and tension from the muscles.

Remember this should ease pain but for some it may not, if you don’t get relief it doesn’t mean Acupressure won’t help. It just means you need to try other techniques that will help ease your pain.

However long term back pain relief requires 3 easy steps…

First you must find the exact cause of your pain which is the imbalances that exist in your spine. The second step is removing pain through symptom based techniques, including Acupressure. Finally the third step is rebalancing your spine and removing the underlying cause of your pain. This only takes about 20 minutes to achieve and only a week or two to rebalance.

So apply the technique above but please make sure you follow the 3 easy steps for back pain relief – life does become more enjoyable being free of back pain.
