So basically we need to adopt a new way of life. One where we eat to lose wieght, instead of one that continues to make us gain weight. Yeah, you heard it right! Processed foods like cookies, chips, candy, and sugary snacks are for the birds. Avoid them as much as you can. They’re what make you gain fat. And that’s the last thing your body needs. Focus on consuming 5 or 6 small, nutritional meals each day. This is how you eat to lose wieght. By eating smaller portions, your body actually has the ability to burn the calories. Unlike when you eat 3 large meals. Some of the food is burned off like it should be, and excess calories are stored as fat. Furthermore, when you spread your meals out more, you keep your metabolism going. You most definitely want this. It’s the part of our body that burns calories and fat.

Try to eat only healthy, lean meats like poultry and fish. Pork and beef are generally heavier in fat.
