    ight, ectomorph- mad skinny peepz dat is hard to gain weight
    mesomorph- like can handle fats and carbs well

    endmorph- hard to lose weight, fat

    ok the metabolic type is very similar to the blood type diet, same thing. look up both.

    k so i eat mostly chicken cesar salas and turkey cold cuts and fruits i just started eating more now with the chicken salad and cold cuts i havent realy been gaining or loosing weight of just stayed the same now i know if you eat the same amount of calories you burn you stay the same but i havent been working out much im starting mucle training with some good supplements just basic creatine and nixtric oxide any pointers on how i should start the routine and food to work with eachother???

    nooooooo it is full of artificial sweetners i used to drink that and give it to my kids now i will just make them some regular koolaid a few times a week with sugar its better for ya than any of that artificial stuff. Anything that says sugar-free isnt what ya want because its full of that poison.

    The carbs! I love spaghetti! When I make it it’s always enough for like 10 people and I’m always still hungry bowl after bowl. I’ll have like 4 bowls for dinner. Everytime I eat rice or pasta, I still feel hungry… even with veggies, meats, and sauce.
