    most importantly dont trust “fat free” claims, most processed foods add sugars to replace the fats, even breads do this! check your ingredients for high fructose corn syrup and always check your sugar grams, fat free usually means BAD for you. Always know what you’re eating and never trust labels. Remember they are trying to sell you that it’s healthy, that doesnt mean it is. Isn0706 below there has it right.

  16. just cut out all the processed foods, eat more lean protien, fruit, vegetables, when you eat only this foods you can eat alot and not worrying about gaining weight. And have one cheat day a week or if you have more discipline once a month. I promise you will lose the weight this is what I did to lose a 100 pounds in 9 months!
