    I totally struggle with taking my own advice. I keep telling people not to care only about the number on the scale, but at the same time I find it hard to do that myself. One day at a time. I can do this.

    All I have to say is that this is the best advice I ahve ever been given!! This is so awesome!!! Leave it at that meal. Before I watched this I was feeling really bad because I had like chocolate milk..Now I am moving on!!! Moving forward!!! I don’t have have to plan the week, or the month…just think abou today!!! awesome!:-)

    i Make Small Decisions 6x a Day. They Say its Better to eat 6 Small Meals Rather Than 3 Big ones. for Breakfast, i Had Cantaloupe and Honeydew xD and Part of a Banana lol Then a Snack (apple), Then Lunch (Small Fish Fillet & Some Celery), Then another Snack, etc etc. 🙂 i Love you Nicole! im Gunna So Love Following You Through This Journey xD x0x

    I keep my before and after picture on my fridge, so that I will never forget where I was and where I am now. It let’s me know where I’m not going back again.

    I carry pictures too of myself before ( people can’t believe I ever had a weight problem ) I’m working on maintaing, that’s the hardest part.
