    Towger915 your excatly like me, what i did was improve my diet like you have done but do alot of cardio e.g jogging,swimming etc and do weight exercises that use alot of muscles e.g squat also i lost weight as i grew as well

    Can anyone give me tips please? I’m 15 and i have pecs, and the top 4 abdominal muscles, 2 on each side, but I have a little bit of excess fat covering my lower abdominal muscles. I’ve been doing abdominal muscles for quite a while now, about 2½ months, and I changed my diet, and i still can’t lose that little bit of fat so I can get my six pack in! Please advise!

    That shit burns like hell, you’re using full center of body with barely any support or resistance, so it kicks the hell out of your abs.

    so true, this guy confirms stuff I found out myself, it’s about mainly aiming for the experience, then the sets and reps will come automatically.

    i am sixteen and really fit and it took me anywhere from 3-5 months til i started to see noticeable improvement so, make sure you keep with it it takes time but remember its worth it

    if i eat good and i do like daiiley excersizez likee dumbells just like normal 50 on each arm 3kj each and 50 sit ups 50 push ups and 50 and ike leg raises where your toes touch the floor and back to your stomatch every day and im 40 how long till it takes till you start seing differences

    Tried all of these exercises with as short as possible rest periods. I feel the burn right away and I’ve noticed a big difference in the first week of trying this. Thank you so much.
