This simply means that it is not going to clog up the pores.

If the acne is really bad, consider using a medication called benzoyl peroxide. A doctor may prescribe this, but they are also found in drug stores as an over the counter medicine. This type of medication can kill bacteria such as P. Acnes that can clog the pores.
