I’m unaware that it’s any different for a man…this form of eating was born out of men’s bodybuilding. I think women have adapted it to suit their unique calcium, iron and other nutritive needs. I’d like to read the book written for the men, just for the information. Is it also by Tosca Reno??

I know, I’ve never heard of anyone reporting headaches from Stevia! But, it sure seemed to be the cause of them…they were hardly a bother and only lasted for about 5 minutes after I finished my coffee. Very strange. The Stevia I use is a pure one too. I dunno…I’m stumped. I just use honey, Agave or organic brown sugar (which seems to go a long way for just a little). 🙂 Thanks so much Marjie for the congrats!!!! YAY!!! {{{huggs}}}

I love cookbooks and have lots but for me I seem to always go back to favorites. I just make sure that are as healthy as i can get them. Good thing my favorites are healthy.
I use lots and lots of Stevia and no headaches. I wonder if yours have an additive it in. Mine is pure Stevia. Some might have a preservative or a filler.
