Precisely what is frenulum breve and can it be treated?

The frenulum is comparable to the joining ridge underneath the tongue. A tiny piece of skin beneath the glans joins the glans to the foreskin. On the erect penis if the frenulum is short, when one retracts the foreskin and then lets go, the foreskin slides or springs forward again. During erection the short frenulum tethers the foreskin forward, on the flip side intercourse exerts forces which pull the foreskin backward. This leads to a number of pleasure/pain sensations.

Phimosis stretching at home

The problem of Phimosis is where there’s an inability to retract the foreskin over the glans (head) of your penis. Paraphimosis is the entrapment of the retracted foreskin below the head of your penis. In the largest part of cases the tight foreskins which result in the above conditions could be loosened sufficiently after a couple of weeks of persistent foreskin stretching. Eventually this stretching process will encourage the development of new skin cells, that will enable normal retraction. This phimosis therapy is essentially the most practical and logical first step to coping with the problem.
