The food we consume is mainly responsible for many of the illnesses affecting us. Instead of fresh, raw items, we prefer to consume foods just like pizza, biscuits that are made from processed flour. Moreover, the fast foods we consume contain extreme salts, fats, sugar and preservatives. Lack of fiber in the diet brings about improper bowel movement, which further leads to very uncomfortable situations just like gas formation, constipation, abdominal pain and many others.
