How would I reduce muscle mass in particular zones on my body?

  2. If you stop working out that particular area then the muscle will shrink in time as it is not being exercised.

  3. Stop working that particular area when exercising. If you want smaller biceps…stop doing bicep curls.

    If you dont workout and are have natual muscle, then there isnt anything you really can do.

    You could stop working out and diet down to small, but that would lead to muscle lose everywhere.

  4. medium not light wieght and extremly high reps like 100 worked on my legs made them like girl legs but made them extremly poweful back in my days of long distance running
