How can i lose muscle mass in my thighs?

Basically, as sad as it sounds, my thighs really stick out, and they’re massive. It’s really annoying. I’m 14 and I have to cycle everyday because i have a paper round. No idea how much i weigh, think i’m about 5 ft 4. No idea really. I have a relatively healthy diet, not a veggie or anything. Is it possible to lose the muscle mass?

  1. why not add muscle mass to the rest of your body to catch up?…if not , try a lower calorie diet your body will then feed off the excess muscle first – cardio should help this process – you may just be genetically blessed with huge thighs –
