Hey… im tryin to lose sum weight n build up mah body… but mah face is kinda fat… or well.. i guess if mah body is kinda fat, then mah face gotta be 2… but mah question is…. does anybody kno if i do the right exercise can i get an skinny face??? plz tell me any info.. it may help me… thanx again

  4. I’m trying to loose weight right now. I’m 26 days into it, and I’ve lost 15 pounds. If I keep that pace until day 84, I’ll be having a nice body too.

  5. this could be possible with right food and alot of excersise. on the australian biggest looser people lost up to 16Kg in 1 week !!!! i think someone go 18 Kg not sure

  6. your ball get small not your slong. it just looks small coz these body builders have a huge body

  7. AT 4:17 his face and body has a totaly diffrent color…How can you tan your body and not tan your face?
