Do you have to do heavy weight lifting to get muscle mass or can you do basic exercises?

Filed under: Questions & Answers — Anonymous @ 9:56 AM

I was wondering since I am not that into weight lifting and just want to gain muscle mass with doing normal exercises will it work. I know people say to do compound exercises with less reps and alot of weight. But is that necessary? Couldn’t I just take alot of Protein and Carbs , do Push-ups,sit-ups,dips,pull ups, chin ups, calf raises, front squats?

Is it totally healthy for him even if it’s overdose? Should i take the pill away and let him drink milk only, would milk be enough?

What does 15lbs of muscle mass look like?

Filed under: Questions & Answers — Anonymous @ 2:29 PM

Hey,

I’ve recently shot up a hell of alot and am now around 6′1 and 125ish lbs. I have little to no muscle mass, and I know that I need to gain. However I don’t want to gain weight in the form of fat tissue, how different would I look if I gained the necessary weight just as muscle. I know that this would be very difficult. Thanks.

By the way, I also have a very high metalbolism and unfortunately also anemia so that may hamper my progress.

Filed under: Questions & Answers — Anonymous @ 1:27 PM

I am in search of a good aerobic type exercise other than walking, eliptical machines, and running that will help burn fat. Do not want to build any more muscle mass, just want to tone up more.
I do not need any more muscle mass. I have enough just want to keep fat off my bones!
