  3. huh? i dont get what your trying to ask……after the workout deep doing it or stop? you mean after 1 workout never go back and do it again? lol of course you want to do it again a week later, youl know if your muscles are growing when you have a good 6-8 meal diet planned out and a good training regime with deadlifts and squats in your training, and after 6 months or so youl see crazy results
