There is a lot of information out there about how to set good goals. And for unknown reasons a lot of that information sets my teeth completely on edge. Yes, I know they should be ‘Specific – Measurable – Attainable – Realistic – Timely’ (aka SMART), but who wants to be smart when setting goals? Where is the fun in that?

It is at times like these you need to pull out your secret weapon. Used for millennia before we become too smart for it, your best friend in getting over that initial fear is your muse.
Hypnagogia is a stage right between waking and sleeping wherein the mind is relaxed and the subconscious is more accessible. In the morning, you come out of it and at night, you sink into it. If you can perfect a technique on how to use it, you will become very productive.
