7 Body Building Tips To Step Up Your Game

If you had all the body building tips in the universe, none of it would give you the lean muscle mass you’ve always wanted. The reason being – you have to put them into practice to see results. These 7 tips will give you a goal setting plan to make it happen.

The first tip is to set the goal in mind. Think about where you’re going, what you want to achieve. Be specific, too, like gaining 30 pounds of lean muscle, increasing your bench press by 75 pounds, that sort of thing.

After you’ve defined your target goal, write it down. Simple, yes, but this is what works to help you do what you’ve always wanted. You’ll have it in black and white.

Add to that written goal your schedule – put a time stamp on it. “I want to lose 25 pounds by ‘X’ date.” This will shove you forward and keep you motivated to keep moving. You’ll take a day at a time, but keep progressing.

The fourth of these body building tips is to simply work backwards from the finish line and see what you need to do to reach it. What do you need to accomplish to get it done? It may mean buying whey protein and other supplements, changing your diet, lifting 4 days a week, whatever it is: write it out.

Fifth on the list of seven tips is to organize the steps into a plan. This is like a map between where you are now and where you are headed, and works the same way.

Using your plan you just created – now listen up and do this – you need to act on it. You can over-think it and plan it out until it’s perfect, and that’s a great foundation. Until you get to the car, strap yourself in, turn the ignition and floor it – you’ll be sitting in the garage with a great plan going nowhere. Get up, get out and get on with it.

The seventh of the body building tips is – do something every single day that progresses you towards the finish line. This is a marathon, not a one-time sprint.
