Skin Care Product Review

When I first began to write reviews of skin care products, I thought I had chosen a good career. Although it would not pay all of my bills, it would give me some supplemental income. I would get skin care samples, skin care spa trips, and even health and nutritional supplements all for free. If I played my cards right, I could even spin it into a full-time business doing what I love. I love looking beautiful, and writing skin care product review is a way to help other people enjoy the same benefits that had brought me health and happiness.

In retrospect, I think I was being a little bit naïve. Writing and selling a skin care product review is a little bit harder than I had thought. It isn’t that the reviews are tough to write, but that they are tough to market. You see, I was not the first person to think of the skin care product review business. As a matter of fact, there are tens of thousands of skin care product review articles all over the Internet, not to mention the countless more in all kinds of health and beauty magazines.

The problem is that your typical skin care product review is not actually done by an unbiased, impartial person. On the contrary, many of the skincare product reviews that you see claiming to be unbiased are actually done by the companies that make the skin care products themselves. Rather than buying honest reviews of skin care products from independent people like me, they use their own supposedly independent and extremely positive reviews.

In the end, I realized that the best way to market my own skin care products reviews was to make my own website. I knew that I would not turn a profit for a long time, but nonetheless I thought I should start. The site has all kinds of skin care product reviews, including both mainstream commercial skin care products, all natural herbal products, and even a section where people can read about local and regional skin care treatment options. So far, my skin care product review site has gotten quite a bit of buzz in the blogosphere. Although it is too soon to tell, it seems like my dreams of success may one day come to fruition. Already,I get hundreds of hits a day, and I’m hoping to boost to thousands when I update my site next. It turns out that skin care product reviews may still end up being the business I hoped it would be
